Our Group Policies

Group Anti Bullying Policy

Children have the right to protection from all forms of violence (physical or mental). They must be kept safe from harm and they must be given proper care by those looking after them".

Safety Policy

It is the policy of 1st Claygate Scout Group, in accordance with the policy of The Scout Association.

Child Protection & Safeguarding

It is the policy of 1st Claygate Scout Group, in accordance with the policy of The Scout Association.

Group Behaviour Policy and Code

This policy was introduced in 2011 and is ‘signed up to’ by parents and members over 8 years of age by having completed and signed the membership form.

Group Payment Terms & Conditions

Subscriptions are payable termly and should be paid by half term, or by the October half term for ‘holiday’ subscriptions.

Group Hardship Policy

This Policy defines how 1st Claygate Scout Group provides support to Parents to ensure that activities are open to all Young People. It also sets out how we aim to help a Young Person to go on a trip or camp that they might not otherwise have been able to attend due to financial hardship.
