Lord Mayor’s Show, Central London
The band took part once again in the Lord Mayor’s Show through Central London. This is a huge event for the band, performing in front of thousands of people through the heart of London.
Nearly 7,000 people take part in the parade itself, along with 200 horses and more than 150 floats. The procession stretches three miles and passes the Mansion House, St Paul’s Cathedral and the Royal Courts of Justice before returning to Mansion House via Victoria Embankment. The Band looked and sounded great – a massive achievement for everyone involved.
