'Escapade' is an activity camp held every 3 years by Esher Scout District, at Walton Firs, and this year the band were asked to lead the closing ceremony. Some of the band camped with their sections over the weekend and took part in the many activities on offer. These included Archery, Shooting, Caving, Abseiling, Crate Stacking, High and Low Ropes, Assault Course, Bouldering, Buggy Building, Massive Maze, Frisbee Golf, GPS Orienteering. On Saturday evening there was a District Campfire and over 600 Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Explorers, Network and Leaders attended. The camp was a fantastic success and everyone agreed they can't wait for the next one!
