This year’s concert was extra special as 12 members of the Band of the Scots Guards joined the band for their annual spring concert.

A message from Robin. (Bandmaster): 

I hope everyone enjoyed last night's concert. Everyone should certainly be very proud.  Without doubt the band rose to the occasion, and responded superbly well to the challenge and support from the Scots Guards musicians.  It was a tough and demanding programme, particularly in the second half.  But every piece was played to a really high standard.  The Scots Guards gave us a boost - but I am in no doubt that our band played superbly well.

In also want to say a huge well done too to the training and junior bands.  For many it was their first concert and they played their socks off!  Well done to all.

Thank you to the whole band - and a particular thank you to all the adults in the band who provide such amazing support, and to the amazing team of supporting adults without whom we couldn't put an event like that together.

Thank you to all - and well done.  A truly superb concert
